This is suitable for all abilities, you choose the run you want to take part in, from Colour Runs to Relays, 5k to Marathons and everything in between. Our dedicated fundraising team will give you guidance and support every step of the way.

About the charity

The MS Trust is a UK charity which is here to help everyone make sense of MS. We are here for everyone affected by MS, from the moment of diagnosis and throughout their journey. We're here today, tomorrow and every day after that.
