A team of staff and volunteers from CARE Grimsby are lacing up their trainers and running a 10K — and we'd love your support.

CARE has been part of life in Grimsby for over 30 years. Every weekday, people come through our door at the CARE Hub on Victoria Street — people facing homelessness, struggling to heat their homes, or just in need of someone to talk to. For many of them, the first thing we can offer is something simple: a food bag and a cup of tea.

It's not a grand gesture. It's just what needs doing.

Each food bag costs around £7 and provides four days' worth of food for someone in crisis. At just £1.75 a day, your donation goes further than you might think. Our £2,500 target could fund over 357 food bags — that's 1,428 days of food for people in our community who need it most.

We're not professional runners. We'll be tired, slow, and probably a bit red-faced. But we'll get there — and so will the people we support, with your help.
