We are fundraising to open an Orphanage in Pakistan to give Orphans a better life. This has been a wish of ours for a while and I have chosen Pakistan because I will be able to visit and it is the homeland of my parents.

According to UNICEF, Pakistan is home to a staggering 4.2 million Orphaned Children. Almost a quarter of all Pakistanis live below the poverty line.

Every child has the right to a home; feeling cared for, loved and safe. Unfortunately, for millions of Orphans in Pakistan, this is just a wishful dream. Orphans are some the most vulnerable members of our society and having lost the love, care and protection of parents, they are at the mercy of close relatives, family and friends and society at large.

We have a duty to provide for these vulnerable Orphan Children, which is why this project is set up to help build an orphanage for those most at need.

With your support, the Orphanage will provide Housing, Food, Healthcare, Clothing, Islamic Education, Personal Development, General Recreation and School Fees.

Sahl ibn Sad reported: The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, Myself and the caretaker of an Orphan will be in Paradise like this, and he held his two fingers together.

World Care Foundation has 5 Orphanages and we are planning to open more Orphanages to help more Orphans feel safe, to give them a better present and hope for a better future.

A volunteer who visited the Orphanage said, The best part was seeing the children immediately wear the clothes and shoes that we distributed. The smiles came back, just like any child they wanted to try their new clothes.
