We are all volunteers at the Portsmouth & East Hampshire Samaritans branch, so we see firsthand just how vital our service is. Across the UK, a Samaritan volunteer answers a call for help every 10 seconds. Day and night, 365 days a year, we are there to listen without judgement, supporting callers through some of their darkest moments.

Samaritans is a household name, every pound raised will go towards supporting our Portsmouth & East Hampshire branch, which is self-funding. We rely on our local community to keep our building open, and our phone lines running.

To help raise vital funds, we are swapping our headsets for our trainers and pounding the pavements of Portsmouth.
