SAMH is Scotland's national mental health charity and have been championing mental health and wellbeing in Scotland for over 100 years.

At SAMH, we recognise the benefits that physical activity and sport can have on our mental health and wellbeing and are delighted to be supporting Stirling County RFC with their ambitions to support their club members through this journey.

Today, SAMH operates over 70 services in communities across Scotland, providing mental health social care support, addictions and employment services, among others. Together with national programme work in See Me, respectme, suicide prevention, and physical activity and sport, these services inform SAMH’s policy and campaign work to influence positive social change.
