You can now sign up to take part in our iconic stair-climbing challenge virtually anywhere, all year round. By taking on the SAMH Virtual Stomp, you can do something amazing for Scotlands mental health. With four different levels to choose from, you're bound to find the perfect challenge for you
It's easy to get involved.
Just choose your Stomp level and start counting the stairs you climb: it could be any flight of stairs in your home, your flat stairwell or in your local park.

Choose your challenge
Mini Stomp - 1,500 stairs - Family Friendly e.g. up and down a flight of stairs approx. 58 times
Classic Stomp - 4,200 stairs - The Original e.g. up and down a flight of stairs approx. 323 times
Extreme Stomp - 7,500 stairs - The Toughie e.g. up and down a flight of stairs approx. 577 times
Ultimate Stomp - 22,500 stairs -The Mighty e.g. up and down a flight of stairs approx. 1,730 times
Plan your Stomp
Whether you aim to complete the Classic Stomp in one marathon session, take on the challenging Ultimate Stomp over a few days, or make the Mini Stomp a family day out at the park.
All you need to do is hit your Stomp stair count within the alloted time you set for yourself whether that's a day, a weekend or a week - you choose how you want to do your Virtual Stomp!
