Could you challenge yourself to do a cold water dip everyday in April? Join our for our first ever Cold Water Challenge and submerge yourself 30 seconds a day, for 30 days. Whether you fancy braving your nearest sea, lake, river or taking that dip at home in your shower/bath.

This Cold Water Challenge starts on the 1st April and finishes on 30th April and help make a difference by raising funds to support research into saving babies lives and ensure bereaved parents and families get the care and support they deserve.
