We are evoking positive change at Marillac St. Vincent Family Services (MSV) by creating innovative pathways to amplify the voices of the communities we serve. For more than 50 years, through Santa Mike & Friends, it’s been my pleasure to help move the needle in service to others.

MSV strengthens and empowers those who are marginalized through education and comprehensive programs to foster the development of vibrant communities in Chicago. We work to end the cycle of poverty and promote opportunities to thrive. Guided by the Vincentian spirit of service, we recognize the sacred in each person and are dedicated to uplifting individuals and families, creating an equitable and inclusive world for all. The impact of our work can be seen in the faces of our participants. From those in our early childhood and school age programming to our seniors, your support through the years has made a meaningful impact on their lives throughout the year and especially during the holiday season.

Through our programs, we are touching lives, guiding participants down a path filled with their aspirations for the future and evoking positive change. But more needs to be done and for that we need your support.

Because of you we can:

• Celebrate the young people served through our Early Childhood Education and Youth Services,

• Stock the food pantry shelves with culturally relevant and healthy,

• Create opportunities for seniors to connect and flourish, and

• Offer individualized support which can include referrals to on-site resources as well as connecting to partner organizations for health, mental wellness, and job readiness services.

Thanks to your generosity over the years, our participants know they are not alone this holiday or at any time of the year. What started as a few friends and family members has grown into a calling for you and hundreds of friends.
