Santas on the Run is an untimed 2k circular course at Charlton Farm where participants of any age can walk, jog or run dressed in their favourite Christmas-themed costume.
This magical festive event is raising money for families like Freddie's who visit Charlton Farm for some much needed family time, where mum Justine doesn't need to worry about meds or round-the-clock care, she can just be a mum to her boys Joseph and Freddie.
To know Freddie is really well cared for is so reassuring. I know if the worst happened here, everyone would know what to do. Hospitals are a sterile environment that it’s lovely to know you can come here where it’s calm and peaceful and you’re so supported, it’s like having a big, comfortable warm blanket around you. People are here to help and hug; it’s wonderful.
