Would you like to take part in our 5K fun run but have other commitments or away on holiday? You can still take part by running 5K on the same day whilst on holiday or perhaps just at a different time?
If you post a photo of you running and make a pledge of the £10 entry fee we will make sure you can collect a goody bag and medal from either The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital or The Princess Royal Hospital.
Send your photos to sath.charity@nhs.net and we will add them to our fun run photos with a shout out to those of you who have gone to extra effort to be involved. Who will be running in the most unusual location? - watch this space!
