Save Colin

Organised by How Hill Trust

Our Colin O'Riordan Building is in desperate need of a new ridge. Located down towards the bottom of our big field behind How Hill House, the sedge cap on the thatched roof is now in a poor state of repair and we need to replace it.

Story

Our Colin O'Riordan Building is in desperate need of a new ridge. Located down towards the bottom of our big field behind How Hill House, the sedge cap on the thatched roof is now in a poor state of repair and we need to replace it. This building is a vital part of our education resources and is used as a base for schools on day visit trips. We need to raise £8700 to pay for the work (thatchers, sedge and scaffolding do not come cheap!). Can you help us make it as good as new again. You can donate by using the QR code below, by cheque, by cash, credit card or bank transfer. A reference of Colin means your donation will be targeted directly to this cause. Keep an eye on our website and social media pages to stay up to date with our progress.
