We own and operate five retreats and the ground rent for them is due to be paid in December to the tune of £40,000 (for all 5). We are struggling to find the funds for this bill and we were hoping our supporters may be able to help. Each year we provide respite breaks for over 400 families over the five retreats and the difference we make to each family is immeasurable. If we cannot make the payment for the ground rent we may be forced to sell one of the retreats and that is something we feel is unfathomable.
