We are an exempt charity under the Education Act and we run 3 UK state schools in order to raise educational standards and improve life chances.. All of our schools are non-selective and are based on inclusive Sikh values.

Story

The Sikh community have had to fight for legal rights since the sixties and now we have to fight for our 13 Sikh schools in the UK to have the same rights as Christian Schools. The DFE have tried to transfer two Sikh schools since 2017 to other Trusts against the wishes of parents and the community and need to be stopped.

We have started a judicial review to stop them doing an illegal transfer of Khalsa Secondary Academy and need your help and financial support to win this case. If we win, we will demand an agreement that protects all Sikh faith schools in the future. If we win then other minority faith schools will also get the same rights. Please help and support us. Every blessing and £1 counts.
