Greenbelt is working with the Town of West Newbury to conserve 32 acres adjacent to the Town's Mill Pond/Pipestave Hill Conservation Area. The Sawmill Brook Conservation Project will permanently preserve important open space and wildlife habitat, allow for trail expansion and the opportunity to create public access from Archelaus Place, and help protect the water quality of Mill Pond.
