Young Roots is a London-based charity working with young people, aged 11-25, who are refugees or seeking asylum in the UK, most of whom are alone without their families. We provide practical and emotional support through Casework, Youthwork, and specialist advice via partners.

Story

I love playing football and I didnt have another place to go. I couldnt wait for Wednesday (football at the Hub) or Thursday (Youth Club)...I got what I was looking for, friends, activities, playing games, it make me feel so happy.

A donation of:

£10 could fund data for a young person so they can stay connected with their peers and access education support.

£25 could fund a one-to-one casework support session, supporting a young person with complex issues such as immigration or housing

£50 could fund an interpreter to support a young person through the complexity of asylum interviews.

Young Roots is the place to make you the person who can change the world for the better. It's for me a second family.
