Pen Y Fan hike!

A group of carers and staff from Swansea Carers Centre are walking up Pen Y Fan to raise money for unpaid carers in Swansea.

They will walk up to the highest point in South Wales (886 metres).

Please sponsor our team as they take on this challenge to raise money to support unpaid carers in Swansea.

Your support will enable Swansea Carers Centre to give much needed support and information to carers across Swansea. This includes providing welfare benefits advice, access to grants and special funds, advocacy services, a counselling service, respite care through our day care, volunteering opportunities, carers’ mutual support groups, carer training, consultation opportunities, a drop-in service, regular coffee mornings and social occasions.
