Thames Valley Air Ambulance (TVAA)

TVAA covers Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Berkshire. We will work closely with the school to ensure the pupils and staff are aware of the emergency services and can offer volunteering opportunities as well as educating on paramedics & helicopter pilot careers. TVAA is not government funded and rely on public donations.

Mary’s Meals

Mary’s Meals provides life-changing school meals to children in the world’s poorest communities in Africa (e.g Sudan, Ethiopia & Malawi) as well as Lebanon, Haiti and Yemen. The promise of a good meal brings hungry children into the classroom, where they get an education and with that, better opportunities for their future. Our meals make it possible for hungry children to come to school and give them the energy they need to concentrate. Today we fed 2.5 Million children – together, we can reach the next hungry child waiting for Mary’s Meals. It costs just £12 in Malawi to feed a child at school for a whole school year. Just think one trip to Starbucks OR feed a child for a year!!
