Story
At 100 & First Foundation, our vision is a society where everyone has the same chance of succeeding, regardless of their starting point.
We work across the entire school to prison pipeline—from early intervention in schools to rehabilitation in prisons—supporting young people at every stage of risk. Through our Level Up programme and prison-based work, we combine mentoring, lived experience, sport, outdoor learning, and work experience to help young people shift their identity and build purpose.
Central to our approach is the insight of young adults with lived experience of offending, whose voices shape our interventions and mentoring model.
Our purpose is to disrupt cycles of exclusion, exploitation and violence by helping young people reframe how they see themselves—not as problems to fix, but as future students, workers, and contributors to society.
We aim to raise aspirations, reduce offending, and ensure that no young person is written off because of where they started.
On Wednesday 2nd July we are walking our own 'School to Prison Pipeline'.
This is an opportunity to highlight the importance of helping the vulnerable and to raise some much needed funds for us to continue to supporting those in need.
Please donate and help us to help them!
Thank you
From everyone at 100 & First Foundation
