Terms and Conditions:

1. Raffle Period: The raffle will run from December 1, 2024, until December 15, 2024. Raffle Tickets purchased after this date will not be eligible for the Prize Draw.

2. How to Enter: Raffle Tickets can be purchased via Go Fund Me (virtual tickets) or in person on Lucia Day, December 13, 2024 (physical tickets). A £20 donation provides one Raffle Ticket, £50 provides three Raffle Tickets, and £100 provides ten Raffle Tickets. The more tickets purchases, the greater the chance of winning a Prize.

3. Prize Draw: The raffle draw will take place after the closing date and those drawn will be the Prize Draw winners who will be contacted by the School Office in London during the week of December 16, 2024.

4. Prizes: All prizes are non-exchangeable and cannot be sold or transferred.

5. Proceeds: All proceeds received from the sale of Raffle Tickets will go towards funding the new science lab at the Swedish School in London.

6. Eligibility: The raffle is open to all individuals who purchase Raffle Tickets in accordance with these terms.

7. Winner Notification: Winners will be notified via email or phone. If a winner cannot be reached within a reasonable time, the prize may be forfeited and a new winner drawn.

8. General: The Swedish School in London reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions or cancel the raffle at any time without prior notice. If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing Raffle Tickets online, the Swedish School in London does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the Prize Draw.

Decisions and Liability: The decision of the Swedish School in London regarding any aspect of the Prize Draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. The Swedish School in London will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate Winners or third parties or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize.
