Story
For ten years, Herne Bay Museum Trust (Charity No. 1160344) has proudly kept The Seaside Museum, Herne Bay open, stepping in when it faced closure in 2014 and transforming it into a vibrant community hub at the heart of Herne Bay.
Now, we’re looking to the future. Your support will help us bring our display cases to life with digital storytelling that shares Herne Bay’s unique seaside heritage, conserve treasured objects for generations to come, enhance our exhibitions, and fund more free activities and events for local families, schools and visitors.
Run by a passionate team of volunteers and a dedicated part-time manager, the Museum depends on the generosity of people like you. If you’d like to help us keep Herne Bay’s history alive and thriving, please consider making a donation today.
