Welcome to Blaby & District Spartans, the charity run pan-disability football club for children aged 5-16 years and adults.

Based in South Leicester, we hold our training sessions at Countesthorpe Academy. We welcome players from the surrounding areas and pride ourselves on being an inclusive football club, embracing individuals with various disabilities.

Established in 2020 with a deep-rooted passion for creating opportunities for individuals with disabilities to participate in sports.

We've amassed over 15 years of experience, initially as the disability section of a local girls' football club before starting our own standalone pan-disability club that champions inclusion.

2024 saw us become a registered charity to aid us in growing our club, whilst we continue to support players in enjoying, participating and flourishing in football, within a fun, friendly and safe environment.

As a proud affiliate of the Leicestershire FA, our mixed-gender Youth & Adult teams compete in the East Midlands Pan-Disability League

Our adult walking football sections is also growing, giving players a recreational fun environment.

2025 saw us start running our SEN multi sport holiday clubs where we are able to access and support more children, giving them the opportunity to make more friends, try new sports and have fun!

We are currently running this from Countesthorpe Academy.
