We need support to continue running our daily, seat-based exercise classes. Run by our brilliant coach, Lou, they are designed specifically for those less able to move, and have been ideal during the Coronavirus to allow older, disabled and shielding individuals to remain connected, active and in a routine. With many still reliant on these classes we are raising funds to continue until Christmas.

Since the March lockdown was announced we have had over 200,000 views of these daily streamed exercise classes. They are live and run at set times three times a day, every weekday - they are fully inclusive, open to all and have had a significant impact over the last 20 weeks. In our recent monitoring, we received lots of feedback similar to this:

The success so far has allowed us to secure funding to improve the technology to run the classes, and has seen us extend the classes by 8 weeks already. We believe these classes should be offered all year round to ensure older, disabled and shielding individuals, or those not able to travel to similar classes, can still access physical activity, stay connected and be provided with routine and therefore we need you support to help us make it happen!
