The event is promoting the benefits of physical activity, connecting with people and raising much-needed funds for Our Place and Acacia Family Support.
We all know the festive season can be an extra difficult time for some people. All donations raised through this SE Fitness event will stay here in Sutton Coldfield to help fund these vital services.
Our Place help people to make positive changes in their lives through mentoring, advice and personal development. Acacia Family Support help families affected by pre and postnatal depression and anxiety through love and kindness, one-to-one listening support, group work, and practical help in the home.
ALL DONATIONS WILL BE SHARED EQUALLY BETWEEN OUR PLACE AND ACACIA FAMILY SUPPORT.
