The Sefton Park Schools Charity harnesses support from our wider community and invests in enriching learning and opportunities for Sefton Park’s children, now and in the future.

The aim of the charity is not to replicate the wonderful social events and the fundraising that the PTA organises for our community, but to enable the school to seek extra funding more widely. This might, for example, be in the form of grants or sponsorship that are only available to charities. As a charity registered with HMRC, it’s also able to reclaim gift aid on donations. There are many ways in which parents support the school, and some parents make regular donations, which can now be increased by the gift aid amount.
