Sepsis accounts for 48,000 deaths annually in the UK, that’s more than breast, bowel and prostate cancer put together. Sepsis is what happens when our immune system overreacts to an infection. Symptoms initially present as flu like but can rapidly deteriorate into a life threatening condition.

Story

Brilliant news! We’ve been given exclusive access to the stunning West Wycombe Park – a National Trust Property and home of the Dashwood family – for this year’s Sepsis Savvy Walk.

Let’s come together to remember loved ones, raise awareness and thereby save lives that are often, needlessly, being lost to this condition.
