Join us #WalkingForGood across the circa 50 miles of the Wales Coast Path from Milford Haven to the UK's smallest city, St Davids. We will walk over 2 and a half days, starting on Friday 25th April and finishing at lunchtime on Sunday 27th.

St George's walk is an independent charity that promotes and supports regular exercise in the great outdoors both for individuals and as a wider community. Getting active on a regular basis and having space away from devices is really valuable for everyone's physical and mental health and fun!

Story

St George's walk was founded in memory of Barry Bond and supports charities which he supported through his life as well as local good causes in the area where we walk each April.

Walking is a great way to boost and support both physical and mental health and we encourage everyone to get out ad enjoy whatever exercise they can #WalkingForGood
