As you may be aware, since March 2020 our village church was closed. We would like to say a very heartfelt thank you to everyone in the community who drops off provisions for the food bank and to those who continue to support the church with their giving and their time in gardening, mowing the lawns and cleaning.

The church is now open and we will be holding regular services.

The upkeep of the church has not stopped, even if there are no services. The church is in the centre of the village and we are determined it will be there to serve future generations and our community, but we can only do this with your help.

As we had no services for 18 months our income dropped significantly and our income is now much less than the cost of running the church. We are therefore appealing for financial help so St Oswalds can retain its place as a centre of our community.

We would be very grateful for any donation you can give, no matter the amount.
