Shooting Star Children's Hospices supports babies, children and young people with life-limiting conditions, and their families across London and Surrey.
Whether lives are measured in days, weeks, months or years, we are here to make every moment count. We support families from diagnosis to end of life and throughout bereavement with a range of nursing, practical, emotional and medical care.
Whether you are conquering the 20 obstacles across 5km at the Windsor Trifecta Weekender or taking on the adrenaline fueled obstacles at Twickenham Stadion Race, we will support you every step of the way with fundraising tips and training guides.
