Side by Side: Running Together for Action Duchenne
You're invited to join us as we celebrate 25 years of Action Duchenne by running, fundraising, and connecting as a community.
Duchenne dad, Ben Dolling, has set himself an incredible challenge: running 25 half marathons in 25 months to raise awareness of Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and funds for Action Duchenne. Starting on Rare Disease Day 2027 and finishing in May 2028, Ben will be running across the UK and beyond, and is inviting the Duchenne community to join him.
"Running has helped me cope with Harry's diagnosis in ways I never expected. The connections I've made through the Duchenne community have given me a support network I didn't know I needed."
Our goal is to raise £25,000 for Action Duchenne's 25th year, helping ensure every family affected by Duchenne can access support, guidance, and connection when they need it most.
Action Duchenne has been a lifeline for so many families, providing hope, understanding, and a community that truly gets it. By coming together, we can help ensure that support continues for future families facing a Duchenne diagnosis.
