Story

Would you take the 21k Challenge for SiMY to continue through COVID-19 and beyond?

Individual Challenge: Choose your own 21k route to walk or cycle, perhaps along a river, through town, a hill-climb, a mountain bike trail or a section of the John Muir Way.

Team Challenge: Walk or cycle 21k between you, e.g. form a relay team of 7 to cover 3k each, or sign up 21 people to do a sponsored 1k in their lunch hour.

"Keep close to Natures heart and break clear away, once in awhile, and climb a mountain or spend a week in the woods. Wash your spirit clean." - John Muir

Having supported young people & their families in Glasgow for 21 years, SiMY is raising funds to continue through COVID-19 and beyond.

SiMY aims to help young people live life to the full by getting outdoors and being creative, improving their physical and mental health. SiMY actively involves young people and their families in the planning and running of activities, encouraging them to take responsibility for their own wellbeing, the choices they make, and the communities of which they are a part.
