Story

Why are we fundraising for a new vehicle?

- Our current vehicle is ageing and coming towards the end of its life. We are fundraising for a new off-road ambulance to be based in and around central Surrey supporting the local area. The new state of the art vehicle will be used for both supporting the local communities at events as well as the NHS trust when required. Our current vehicle has done 40 plus events and 350 plus event hours so far this year.

About us:

Our first aid services are relied upon at thousands of events every year. We are on hand at events across the country, from major sporting fixtures (including Wimbledon, Premier League matches, the London Marathon and horse racing meets) to music festivals, carnivals, exhibitions and expos, air shows, horticultural shows and county fairs.

We're always campaigning to raise awareness of first aid and developing new ways to provide people with basic knowledge because even the most simple skills can save a life.

Our TV advert, The Chokeables, directly taught people how to save a baby from choking a campaign that has already saved dozens of young lives.

We're always working on more ways to spread our message to new audiences. Our goal is to make sure that, wherever a first aid emergency occurs, someone is on hand with the skills to help.

Our free first aid app puts lifesaving knowledge at your fingertips. We've also produced free pocket-sized first aid guides that have provided hundreds of thousands of people with the knowledge they need to help save lives.
