London 5k and 10k run

When we gather at Regent’s Park on July 19th, each step our runners take helps create space where people facing life-limiting illness can experience care that’s attentive rather than hurried, present rather than distracted.

This isn’t a run. It’s a revolution.
When our runners gather at Regent’s Park on July 19th, they're doing something important: At a time when ‘faster’ is frequently mistaken for ‘better’, we're saying there’s still room for care that refuses to be rushed.
Each step our runners take helps create space where people facing life-limiting illness can experience care that’s attentive rather than hurried, present rather than distracted.
Fast or slow, experienced or first-timer – their pace doesn’t matter. What matters is that they're part of a community that believes in a different way of caring. Runners will choose between a 5k or 10k route through beautiful Regent’s Park and celebrate together with a picnic in the park – a chance to connect, refuel, and reflect on the difference we’re making together.
We strive to provide the very best care that we can. Our belief is that a person’s mental, emotional, and spiritual needs are as important as their physical or medical ones. It is from this foundation that we provide each person with tailored care, based on their individual wants and needs that will enable them to reach their full potential, extending our care to their family and friends too.
We deliver our care by bringing together compassionate individuals who want to donate their skills and time to provide, free supportive care and respite to people affected by life-limiting illnesses.
