Organised by Love Sierra LeonePastor Yatta and David Sandi will again be providing a Christmas meal, presents and games for 100's of children in both Freetown and Kono. We are also supporting families who suffered loss in the recent explosion involving a petrol tanker.

Visit the charity's profileThis year Pastor Yatta and David Sandi will again provide a XMAS meal, games and small gifts for several hundred children. After last year's event, Pastor Yatta wrote
The first time I shed tears when I see how excited and hungry the children are. We are to start at 3 p m. The children started coming at 11 a m. We cannot send them away we have to find something for them to eat and wait again for us to start at 3 p m.
We are also providing support for the families of Ibrahim Kamara and Foday Bangaru who died when a petrol tanker caught fire in Freetown. Ibrahim and Foday worked with amputee football players as part of the Sports Ministry team. Pastor Yatta last saw them a short while before the explosion when they collected footballs from him on their way home. Sadly, they were somehow caught up in the fire and never made it.
