2 of the Kilimatinde Trustees returned to St John's School in October 2023 to spend time with the staff and students, to understand, to focus our fundraising for this year.

Some of the students were sleeping on the the floor as the mattresses were worn and didn't fit the beds available and they weren't able to concentrate well in class. We have been able to repair and adapt many of the bed frames and now need new mattresses. This will allow better rest and a more oriductive education for our students and will attract more students to come and study at St John's.
