Story
On Saturday, 23rd May this year the Ruhama staff team are lacing up our hiking boots and taking on a challenge to raise funds for Ruhama’s service users. We are hiking the Glenbarrow Loop, an 11km route through the Slieve Bloom mountains, Co. Laois.
Ruhama is an Irish NGO and registered charity that offers nationwide support to women impacted by prostitution, human trafficking for the purpose of sexual exploitation and other forms of commercial sexual exploitation. Our services are free, confidential and open to all.
We know that Christmas can be a very challenging time of year. We want to lighten the load a bit and bring some holiday cheer by offering as many service users as possible a €50 food and clothes voucher. Our target is €2,000. It would be amazing if we could give a little lift to 40 service users this Christmas. But of course, the more we raise the more vouchers we can buy.
Please donate and follow us as we train for this event!
