Story

In November 2020 the Head Teacher at St Mary Abbots shared with parents and carers the new School Vision:

"At St Mary Abbots School we grow little seeds into mighty trees. Our childrens development is rooted in our Christian ethos and values. We ensure that our children experience learning of the highest standard and are nurtured to flourish in all things across the curriculum; as well as physically, socially, emotionally and spiritually."

This Vision is a significant change to the way teaching and learning happens at St Mary Abbots, and needs investment to make it a reality. The new core curriculum, updating the IT estate including new laptops and class displays, training and materials for the teachers, amongst others are needed.

FOSMAS and the parents have agreed to raise an additional £40,000 this year, on top of the donation that FOSMAS is already providing from its usual fundraising plus reserve funds.

We have got the first tranche of £7,000 already generously contributed in the first few days - we need every family to support now.

Let us make our future now, and let us make our dreams tomorrow's reality
