We are here for people in Sutton whose mental health has had an impact on their lives. We offer support, wellbeing activities & events to help people stay well, including Peer Support & the Sutton Crisis Café, which offers a safe space & listening ear each evening to those in mild/moderate crisis.

Join Sutton Mental Health Foundation for our exciting ‘Tackle the Thames’ Kayak Challenge – a unique 20km paddle through the heart of London, from Greenwich to Battersea, taking in some of the city’s most iconic sights along the way

This isn’t just about the challenge – it’s about coming together to support people in Sutton who are experiencing mental health challenges. Every paddle stroke helps fund our vital services, ensuring no one has to face things alone.

Registration: £75 per person

Fundraising target: £300 per person
