Meet Smiley – a beautiful chocolate-brown boy with dazzling blue eyes and the biggest heart. 💙 True to his name, he radiates joy and love—but behind that smile is a story of survival and a very long wait for a home of his own.

Smiley was cruelly dumped on the streets of Bahrain. When his rescuer found him, he was dangerously skinny, dehydrated, and weak. With time, care, and patience, he slowly recovered—and ever since, he has been waiting, watching other cats find homes while his own forever chance never seemed to come.

Now, at last, Smiley’s wait is nearly over. A wonderful foster home in the UK has opened their heart to him, giving him the opportunity to finally experience family life and all the love he’s been missing. This could be the beginning of the happy future he has been longing for—but first, he needs our help to get there.

Smiley is affectionate, playful, and full of personality. He adores human attention, loves to snuggle, and is just the right mix of cheeky and sweet. He’s happiest when he’s with people—so the thought of him finally curling up in a safe home, loved and cared for, is everything we’ve dreamed of for him.

We are fundraising to cover Smiley’s travel costs to the UK—his flight and transport—so he can finally leave behind the loneliness of waiting and step into the life he deserves.
