At SMT we believe every child has the right to; a nourishing upbringing, safe from harm, with access to education, healthcare and the emotional support needed to develop the potential found in each of them. In the world's poorest countries, millions of children lose one or both parents, leaving them with no one to care for them. Many end up as street children or victims of child labour.

Save The Mothers Trust Orphan Sponsorship Scheme is an effective way of reaching out to the world's most vulnerable children. The scheme brings long term hope to needy orphans, giving them and their community a bright future. The scheme ensures that from only £20 per month, all necessary requirements for the child's living can be provided.

Our scheme For only £25 a month you can provide an orphan with an education and all the lifes basic needs such as food, clothing and medical aid. All the orphans are individually selected and when the sponsorship has begun our volunteers maintain regular contact with the child & ensure that the child remains in education, with financial aid given to the family.

General Orphan Fund We have a general orphan fund, which is distributed amongst the orphans and their families. If you cannot sponsor an orphan fully then you may wish to contribute any amount towards the general orphan fund.
