On the 18th of August 2019 SoA Committee member and Tough Mudder stalwart, Mandisa Knights will once again be taking on the gruelling 12 mile assault course to raise money for SoA Youth Leadership charity.
SoA Youth Leadership has dedicated itself to the support and development of the next generation of African leadership, specifically in Sierra Leone. The leadership programmes run by the organisation include a week-long residential programmes, school-based clubs that allow programme alumni to share their experiences and lessons with their fellow students, community service, environmental projects and more.
SoA Youth Leadership has sustained these programmes since 2009 and have been able to establish a permanent presence in Sierra Leone, which has led to ongoing projects and initiatives that have tackled issues relating to the environment, the economy and corruption.
This year Mandisa is rising to the challenge and has again pledged to tackle the infamous, hardcore military assault course and is looking for sponsorship for her efforts. Mandisa's commitment to SoA Youth Leadership has been pivotal and shows no signs of wavering, but she needs your support to continue to represent and enable the organisation whose work has had an incredible impact on the social and educational development of young people in Sierra Leone.
Please donate whatever you can to help Mandisa to continue supporting the ongoing work of SoA Youth Leadership.
Many thanks to you all!!
