SOFT UK was founded to help support families facing a diagnosis of Trisomy, and that doesn't stop at Christmas. This year, we want to come together and celebrate cherished memories and make this a Christmas to remember.

We would love for our community to join our fundraising team this community and set up their own fundraising pages to fundraise in their own special ways. Maybe it will be singing Christmas carols, maybe it will be a bake sale!

Every little helps us to support families at every stage of their journey and we cannot thank you enough.
