This May, colleagues from HDFT's Growing Healthy services in South Tyneside are joining forces with other colleagues across the footprint to virtually walk 100,187km and visit the 74 nations and territories across the Commonwealth. Every step is taken with the hope of improve staff health and wellbeing as well as raising funds for the local communities supported by the passionate staff in each area.

In South Tyneside, funds raised will go towards enhancing the services provided to local South Tyneside communities through HDFT. Every donation helps to provide more opportunities to children and young people in the local community have a great start in life.

Every penny donated will have a significant impact on the children, young people and their families supported by these services.
