Support CP Teens UK this Christmas to provide 'help, hope, inspiration & friendship' to children & young people with Cerebral Palsy/physical disabilities.
Purchase a decoration to go on our tree and dedicate it to a child, teenager, or young adult with Cerebral Palsy/physical disabilities (optional).
Christmas donations also welcome on this page - thank you so much!

HOW TO PURCHASE:
1. Choose your decoration - Star, Bauble, Candy Cane
2. State your decoration choice in your message (if not stated, one will be chosen at random)
3. Dedicate your decoration (optional). Leave this in your message. Your message will be attached to your decoration on the tree.
4. Pay - £3 per decoration, but if you wish to give more this will be very gratefully received.
5. We will hang your decoration on the tree! Please note: this will be done manually by CP Teens UK, we will do it twice a week so please don't worry if your decoration doesn't appear immediately. Tree at www.cpteensuk.org/sparkleandshine & will be shared on social media.
