To mark 21 years of our lifesaving service, take the plunge and immerse yourself in water 21 times in September.
Whether you swim, have a cold shower, surf or sit in a hot tub, you will be helping keep our helicopters in the air and our rapid response vehicles on the ground.
Entry is FREE but we encourage you to fundraise during your challenge. Raise £100 to receive a bespoke Wales Air Ambulance swimming cap.
