Story

MUKTI supports two children's homes in India: Karm Marg (meaning The Way of Action) and Naz. Karm Marg is a home for street-children and Naz is the only home for HIV Positive children in India. We have been supporting various projects ~ as well as these homes ~ for nearly two decades. In this time we have raised over £690,000 and to see how this funding is allocated please go to: http://www.traditionalyoga.org/grants.html

To help us raise funds for next year’s grants please take up the Sponsored Garba Challenge for MUKTI 2023.

Get your friends and family to sponsor you to complete a chosen number of songs you can dance (max. 25 songs) on Saturday 14 October 2023 from 1.30 – 4.30 pm at Theale Village Hall, Englefield Rd, Theale RG7 5AS

The MUKTI Project was established by the Traditional Yoga Association with the support of Garuda Studio, London, to raise funds for street children in India. We also help charities for the homeless in the UK. Everyone who works for MUKTI is a volunteer and none of the funds raised goes to salaries.
