This year the students, staff, and community of Assumption Grammar are walking to South Africa! Between Monday 20th September and Friday 1st October, each person will be able to walk and record their distances. These individual achievements will then be added up across the school community to reach our target of more than 10,000 miles, equivalent to the distance between Ballynahinch and our sister Assumption schools in South Africa.

All pupils will be able to raise money by asking for sponsorship. In line with the school moving toward being cashless, we would appreciate if monies could be paid either through the SchoolComms App or through this JustGiving page. This includes the £2 per pupil for our non-uniform day on Wednesday 29th September. All funds raised will go towards the work of the Sisters in South Africa, where it will help to transform the school opportunities for hundreds of pupils there.
