Established in 2010, Sports Alive has quickly developed into a leading youth provider on both local and national levels, initially as a Community Interest Company until 2018 and since then as a registered charity. We deliver a wide variety of high-quality projects and programs for children and young people from across the North West, evolving our offer to support key current and emerging needs.

Our provisions are flexible and informed by the young people and their communities. Through our delivery we create stronger, positive relationships, healthier lifestyles, and safer neighbourhoods for all. Our approach is similarly developed through consultation with key stakeholders and includes direct delivery and support of local and citywide youth clubs, youth projects, detached youth work, outreach projects with a focus upon sports. Alongside this we provide opportunities for young people to develop key life skills through programs, activity sessions and taster sessions that aid employability skills and education. Through our centre-based sessions, we see young people engaging with others, developing friendships, and accessing opportunities to try new activities from sports to photography.
