Join Stepping Stones DS families completing the Bracknell Together Walk on Sunday 31st May.

This year’s World Down Syndrome Day theme was Never Alone, it reminded us of the importance of our family of families coming together to support one another. This May our families are coming together to take part in the Bracknell Together Walk, supporting each other around a choice of 5km or 7.5km courses.

It will be a celebration of inclusion, community and potential, everyone can join in, have fun, and make a real difference.
