START is a charity that helps people to improve their mental health using creative activities. We support up to 500 service users each year who are referred from primary and secondary mental health services. Our programme encourages individuals to learn new creative skills, building confidence and self esteem before being introduced back into their communities to access volunteering, employment or further education.
