We are raising funds for our lovely residents at St Clair Gardens to purchase some outdoor gym equipment for our garden space. We have a large garden space, which we use to grow vegetables and complete outdoor activities, and an outdoor gym would help our residents increase physical activity to live a healthier lifestyle.

Outdoor gym equipment will help us to keep fit and healthy, it is much safer to exercise here for me, it would be good way to get fit and healthy. Exercise is good for my mental health, once Ive done it I have positive mindset. St Clair Gardens resident

St Clair Gardens is a 24-hour recovery unit, dedicated to supporting adults with mental health needs. We aim to empower our residents to gain independence skills before they move on to more independent living. We have 14 beds at St Clair Gardens, and our residents needs vary from support with practical skills to improving emotional regulation and resilience skills, to enable them to live independently in the community. The staff team at St Clair Gardens will be doing several fundraising activities throughout 2023 from bake sales, craft stalls, a summer BBQ to even doing a tandem skydive!
